Over the previous three months, a mid size development has been delivered in the Greater Belgrade area, while secondary cities have noted a large influx of newly constructed production facilities.
The second quarter of the year has remained active in terms of industrial activity, especially when it comes to deliveries of production facilities. Hence, the only distribution warehouse delivered in the previous three months has been the seventh phase of Industrial Park Belgrade located in Pećinci area, spread over nearly 13,000 sq.m.
With regard to pipeline projects, there are numerous under construction logistics schemes which are being developed in the Belgrade and Wider Belgrade area and which will contribute to a growing logistics stock. Namely, CTP, one of the most influential investors on the Serbian market, is currently developing two phases of CTPark Belgrade Center, which will add 122,000 sq. m. upon their completion, which is expected at the end of the year, while over 60,000 sq. m. will be constructed within CTPark North 5 and 6 in Novi Banovci.
