Construction of Milbauer new factory in Stara Pazova begins

Muehlbauer Group has commenced the construction of its factory in Stara Pazova. The new factory, which will develop and assemble batteries and fuel cells for electric vehicles, will be located in the north part of the East Business Zone in Stara Pazova.

As announced earlier, the value of the investment in the new Muehlbauer Automation factory is EUR 29.5 million, and by the end of 2025, the factory should employ 150 new workers.

The plan is to produce machines for the production of battery cells and fuel cells, but also complete production lines.

The technological process is based on assembling individual parts (modules) into a single complete production line, through manual work done by the employees, using only hand tools.

The new factory will be built on an area of 12,000 m2 on three levels. According to the planned dynamic of the works, the plan is for the facility to be completed at the beginning of 2025.

Muehlbauer Group was founded in 1981 in the German Federal State of Bavaria, since when it has grown into a leading global producer in the sector of security, with 35 production and servicing locations worldwide.

The first investments of this company in Serbia began in 2012 with the construction of a technology park building, which currently employs approximately 250 mostly highly educated workers.
